The location was great, just close to Borgo Trento Hospital. Located in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were polite and nice. The restaurant was excellent for dinner here, I had freshly cooked dishes.

The breakfast selection was so tragically limited that it could barely qualify as breakfast. My room faced a street which was a total cacophony, have they never heard of soundproof glass? I woudl ve been so grateful for a complimentary upgrade for the hassle, but alas, special treatment is obviously not on the menu here.

Rooms are basic but clean, with a pleasant ambiance that might suit your style. The location offers easy access to the city center.
The breakfast setup is a bit chaotic, with no self-service and long queues forming for food. Noise travels easily from the corridor and cleaning activities, which might disrupt your peace.

The breakfast was generous, though it could be improved with more variety.
The noise from the street was quite disruptive at night, limiting our ability to get a restful sleep.

The staff were super friendly, especially when they helped me with late-night food orders. I really appreciated that.

The family room we had was spacious, with two separate bedrooms, made it comfortable for everyone. It was clean, and the air conditioning worked great, a lifesaver in the summer heat. Two balconies in the master bedroom were a nice touch! It felt really quiet at night despite being in the city, so we got good sleep. Not to mention, the staff was super helpful with all our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay with our 5 teenagers and 2 little ones. The hotel was a solid base for exploring Verona. We especially loved catching a concert at the fine Arena, just a short walk away. The staff was understanding, accommodating our needs with warmth.
My kids wished for better pillows and a more varied breakfast.
